Allspice dram
Rum liqueur spiced with allspice berries, warm like cloves and cinnamon at once. Used by the barspoon in tiki drinks. Also called pimento dram.
What it tastes like
Strong, warm and spicy, like holiday baking, with a rum backbone and a bitter edge.
Where you’ll see it
Tiki menus, winter cocktails and hot toddies, almost always in small amounts.
