Chinese grain spirit, usually from sorghum, and the most drunk spirit in the world. Strong and pungent, from fruity to funky.
What it tastes like
Big and bold: some taste of ripe pineapple and pear, others of soy sauce and fermented funk. Usually very high in alcohol.

Chinese restaurants and banquets, toasted in small glasses, and on adventurous cocktail menus.
