Orange liqueur first made with bitter orange peel from the island of Curaçao. Dry curaçao is richer than triple sec; blue curaçao is just dyed.

Orange peel with a deeper, sometimes brandy-based richness and a gently bitter edge.

Tiki menus, especially the mai tai, and in blue tropical drinks when it comes dyed bright blue.
