What is fino?
Fino · Spanish
Pale, bone-dry sherry aged under a layer of yeast called flor. Salty, nutty and crisp; serve it cold with olives and ham.
What it tastes like
Dry, tangy and saline, with almond, bread dough and green apple. Refreshing, not sweet at all.

Tapas bars by the glass, with jamón, almonds and fried fish, and in sherry cocktails.
