Korean grilled beef short ribs, often cut thin across the bone (LA style) and marinated in sweet soy and garlic.
What it tastes like
Rich, fatty and sticky-sweet with smoky charred edges. You gnaw the meat off the little bone pieces.
Where you’ll see it
Korean barbecue restaurants, usually cooked at the table; dwaeji galbi is the pork version.
