Rum bottled well above normal strength, often 60 to 75 percent alcohol. A little goes a long way in tiki drinks and punches.
What it tastes like
Hot and intense, with molasses, banana and spice that come through even in small doses. Not built for sipping.
Where you’ll see it
Tiki menus as a float on top of a drink, in strong punches, and in flaming garnishes at showier bars.
