Rum distilled from fresh sugarcane juice, mostly in Martinique and the French Caribbean. Grassy and bright next to molasses rum.
What it tastes like
Vegetal and lively, like cut grass, banana and green olive, with a dry finish. Aged versions add vanilla and spice.
