Haitian sugarcane spirit, unaged and made in small village distilleries from fresh cane juice. Wild, funky and very much its own thing.
What it tastes like
Big, earthy and fruity, with grassy cane, brine and ripe tropical funk. Usually strong and unfiltered in character.
Where you’ll see it
Rum bars and tiki menus with a deep list, sipped neat or used to add funk to daiquiris and punches.
