What it tastes like
Crispy, chewy, eggy and oniony, dipped in a tangy soy-vinegar sauce. Very good with beer or makgeolli.
Where you’ll see it
Korean restaurants and pubs as a shareable starter, usually a big round pancake cut into wedges.
