Sherry made from sun-dried grapes, nearly black, syrupy and very sweet, like liquid raisins. Often called PX and poured over ice cream.
What it tastes like
Thick and intensely sweet, with raisin, fig, molasses and coffee. Like pouring liquid Christmas pudding.

Dessert menus, poured over vanilla ice cream, with blue cheese, and in rich cocktails.
