What it tastes like
Smoky, earthy heat with warm spice, usually more flavorful than fiery. Rose harissa adds a floral sweetness.
Where you’ll see it
In Tunisian and Moroccan cooking, on roast carrots, chicken, eggs and couscous, and stirred into yogurt or mayo.
