What is tsukemen?

Tsukemen · Japanese

What it tastes like

Thick, chewy noodles grabbing an intense, salty, often fishy and porky broth. Bolder than regular ramen, bite for bite.

Where you’ll see it

Ramen shops as an alternative to soup ramen; at the end you can ask for hot broth to thin the dip and drink it.
